THE FUTURE OF WATER IS ceramic membrane FILTRATION

Norchem’s water technology division brings more than 30 years of innovation pedigree to smart water reclamation technology. Straight from our Skunk Works project team in Los Angeles, CA, Norchem developed one of the first “best in breed” Ceramic Membrane Filtration (CMF) and Reclamation Systems for industrial effluent waste streams in processing plants since 1995.

UltraPure® (CMF) System

Named UltraPure® as a nod to its Ultrafiltration capabilities...

The UltraPure® Ceramic Membrane Filtration System produces high quality recycled water for applications in commercial laundry, food processing, and many others with no added treatment chemicals. The ultra-filtration process uses an innovative ceramic crossflow membrane design that can reclaim up to 85% of wastewater and 85% of wastewater heat.

The UltraPure® is designed to fit in any plant, big or small, with added capacity for future growth at less cost.

a worthwhile investment

Water-Droplet-Recycle-graphic.png

Proven to substantially reduce wastewater discharge by as much as 85% in most industrial applications where water can be reclaimed.

Water-Temp-graphic.png

Water heating energy costs are expensive. This system minimizes Delta-T by up to 85%, eliminating the need for additional expense on water heating equipment.

Have you ever wondered if the city will shut-off your water? The UltraPure® will help sustain operations through a drought or public utility failure.

Money-Saving-Arrow-graphic.png

Avoiding high sewer connection or impact fees have allowed plants to open in jurisdictions and serve markets they otherwise would have never been able to access.

Laundry Wastewater Reclamation

Water-Drop.pngIn Textile Services Plants, Norchem's UltraPure® has successf-ully reduced water discharge volume up to 85% and water heating energy by up to 85% by capturing their laun-dry process water at the wastewater pit.

Water-Drop.pngThe UltraPure®can balance and optimize washer formulas by reducing the need to bring in fresh water for wash and rinse steps. It integrates with any tunnel conventi-onal wash floor configurations and plugs in with any washer make or model.
