WHO WE ARE
Originally founded in 1978 as Hychem by Kevin Minissian; "Nor" in Armenian meaning "New", the company reincorporated in 1989 as Norchem to signify a new beginning for technological innovation. Since then, the company has evolved into a multi-disciplined clean technology firm founded under the principle that innovation can only be driven by customer necessity.

It gives us great satisfaction to have helped countless customers across North America raise the standard of their operations and environments by helping them save millions of gallons of water, reduce utility costs, reach compliance with regulations, and produce quality goods for their customers.
FAMILY-OWNED AND OPERATED
The Norchem family tree grew as Kevin Minissian was joined by his wife Houri Minissian, and children, Vaughn, Karineh, and Lorina in the day to day operations and holistic management of Norchem. After Kevin's passing in late 2021, the Minissian family and Norchem team will continue to bring success, honor, innovation and growth to Norchem, just as Kevin built it up to be.
