Norchem received top honors at the TRSA Supplier Video Awards:
Gold: Celebrating partnerships with Miller’s Textile Services and Emerald Textiles.
Silver: Acknowledging our collaboration with Ace ImageWear in Kansas City.
Honorable Mention: Above and beyond service, Karineh Minissian.
Karineh Minissian, representing Norchem, graciously accepted the awards at the TRSA Legislative Conference in April. She expressed gratitude for our partners and honored the legacy of our founder, Kevin Minissian. Her speech underscored the importance of storytelling in connecting the industry to its human impact.
Karineh Minissian and Chad Folkerts represented Norchem at the TRSA Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C. They joined industry leaders to advocate for critical issues affecting textile services, foster dialogue with policymakers, and strengthen camaraderie within the industry.
Karineh remarked, “It’s exhilarating to stand alongside peers and lend our voice to initiatives that move our industry forward.”

This year, we proudly participated in a number of industry conferences, including the CSC Conference, TRSA’s Annual Conference, WTSA’s Annual Conference, and the ARTA Education Conference, for which Vaughn Minissian represented Norchem at the plant tour of Emerald Textiles in San Diego. Norchem continues to support ARTA’s mission to promote environmental stewardship within the textile maintenance industry.

EXPANDING INTO EUROPE
This year marked a significant milestone: Norchem’s expansion into the European market through our partnership with ML-Systems ApS. As the exclusive distributor of our UltraPure Water Filtration and Recycling Systems, ML-Systems is paving the way for sustainable solutions across Europe. The first installation in Denmark, planned for early 2025, signals the start of an exciting new chapter.
Managing Director of ML-Systems, Brian Minke, commented, “We are grateful to enter this partnership with Norchem. Both companies are family-owned, and we share the vision to implement sustainable solutions within the industry. Everyone can agree that with the ESG agenda, the laundries need to consider their impact on the planet, and we have the technology to help them achieve their goals.”
Texcare International 2024 in Frankfurt provided the perfect platform to introduce our advanced water recycling and chemical solutions to a European audience. Norchem’s commitment to clean technology and sustainability resonated with attendees as we officially launched our European operations.
