ClearStarch™

Automated Starch Cooking & Dispensing

Norchem's ClearStarch™ system cooks unmodified corn, potato, and wheat starch into entirely clear liquid starch before it is dispensed to ensure the starch evenly adheres to your linen.

The system comes in two configurations: inline starch cooking or vessel cooker.

Inline Starch Cooker

The inline starch cooking utilizes precision measuring instrumentation to cook the starch evenly in line as it is injected for even application on the textile body.

Vessel Starch Cooker

The vessel design cooks the starch within an enclosed, stainless-steel cylinder until it reaches a set temperature verified by the system. Once the temperature is satisfied, the starch is injected directly into the designated washers.
