Check wash equipment regularly to make sure there are no water or steam leaks in the wash zones

Check water levels and proper operation of drains to prevent any residual bacteria from carrying over to the finished bath cycle

Invest in a spot testing meter - a powerful tool for implementing and managing your hygiene monitoring program

Make sure you are catching the sampled items completely dry and seal for shipment upon removal from the production stream

Ship your Hygienically Clean sample on a Monday or Tuesday to ensure immediate testing, and avoid Fridays (they might sit over the weekend)
