Originally founded in 1978 as Hyechem by Kevin Minissian; the company reincorporated in 1989 as Norchem to signify a new beginning for technological innovation. Since then, the company has evolved into a multi-disciplined clean technology firm founded under the principle that innovation can only be driven by customer necessity.

Being Family owned and operated means a deeper understanding to dedication, loyalty and trust from not only within Norchem, but extending to it's customers.
