NORCHEM Welcomes Scott Warren as Solutions Sales Engineer

NORCHEM is excited to welcome Scott Warren to the team as our new Solutions Sales Engineer, Scott brings a strong background in industrial operations, engineering, and plant performance, with recent experience in the industrial laundry industry.
In his role, Scott will work directly with customers to better understand their operational challenges and help identify solutions that improve efficiency, support compliance, reduce utility consumption, and create measurable cost savings.
Scott’s experience gives him a practical understanding of what industrial operations face every day. He has supported complex facilities through operational improvements, compliance challenges, and performance-driven initiatives, including successful turnaround efforts in multiple industrial environments.

For customers and prospects, Scott’s addition to the team strengthens NORCHEM’s ability to provide thoughtful, strategic support rooted in real-world operational experience. His approach is centered on listening first, understanding each facility’s needs, and helping customers connect innovative technology with long-term business value.
Scott is especially excited about helping customers combine compliance with real-time payback and cost-saving opportunities.
