Meet Sam Limon – Driving Customer-Focused Innovation at Norchem

Since joining us in January, Sam has brought a strong combination of engineering expertise and customer-first thinking to the table. Supporting our Engineering Department, he has played a key role in designing and installing automated water systems tailored to our clients’ operational goals. His ability to translate complex technical challenges into efficient, results-driven solutions is helping our customers maximize performance and minimize waste.

Sam’s background in reverse osmosis and system optimization has added immediate value, and his drive to improve efficiency continues to shape the way we approach water reuse. He’s especially passionate about sustainability—a passion rooted in his upbringing in drought-prone Southern California.

“Growing up in the Greater Los Angeles area, I witnessed firsthand the challenges of water scarcity in California,” Sam shared. “Seeing how water reuse can significantly impact regional availability inspired me to contribute to solutions that make a tangible difference.”

That perspective fuels his work today, as he helps customers reclaim water, reduce costs, and meet evolving environmental demands with confidence.

Looking ahead, Sam is excited to expand Norchem’s capabilities even further. His focus remains on developing new solutions and enhancing the performance of existing systems to support long-term success for both our company and the customers we serve.
