Getting Into The Mindset: Insights from the TRSA Leadership Summit

June 2023, Leonardo Gastelum attended the 2023 TRSA Leadership Summit on behalf of Norchem to bring back extensive knowledge in hopes to pass it along to his leadership team, and colleagues, as well as find growth as an individual.
Leonardo Gastelum described the impact of the event as invaluable, expressing his enthusiasm to implement the tools and insights gained into his daily life. He recognized the importance of personal growth in becoming the best version of oneself, which directly correlates with becoming an effective leader and a valuable colleague. Leo said:
“What I found to be the best thing about this leadership conference with TRSA was the leadership mindset. All members evaluated themselves in their beliefs, and how they work in it. We get our mindset from the environment we were raised in, the education we received, and the experience we’ve had. Some of our mindsets are powerful, and serve us well, others, not so much.”
