Norchem has pioneered two systems, Norflow-Win G3 designed for conventional washers and Norflow-Win G4 designed for tunnel washers. The purpose of these two systems is to improve reliability and injection accuracy, drastically reduce chemical-injection time, improve safety, verify proof of delivery, maintain accurate chemical inventory and real time chemical cost.

Considered by our customers to be the most reliable system in the industry, Norflow-Win G-3 is engineered to handle a wide range of liquid chemicals for laundry and textile processing applications. This unique all stainless steel and rugged injection system features the latest technological advances in hardware.

The Norflow-Win G-3 system also features the latest software technology for displaying the entire checmical injection operation. This display is presented in a format which has the capability of monitoring the system in real-time while allowing multitasking (generating reports, auditing inventories, checking washroom production, and more).

Norflow-Win G-3 delivers chemicals with a proportioning pump to more machines than any other system available today. It has the ability to inject as many as 31 checmicals to 10 machines, or 10 chemicals to 20 machines. For larger plants, the system is expandable to include two systems. The Norflow-Win G-3 system delivers a wide-range of flow rates, from 3 ml per second to 6 gallons per minute. The Norflow-Win G-3 system is the only high-speed non-peristaltic non-diaphragm pump system fast enough to disperse small quantities of chemicals to a tunnel washer.

The G-4 NORFLOW-WIN a robust PLC (programmable logic controller) and the latest Windows-based software program. Accuracy, reliability, and speed of injection are a few of the major advantages of this system. A proprietary, highly accurate (+0.1%) flow meter and an electrically controlled pump, act in concert to precisely measure the required chemical volume of each wash chemical. After each chemical injection, a water and air flush cycle completely clears the supply line. Features such as all stainless steel valves, industrial-grade PLC’s, proof of delivery and a highly reliable pump combine to make this system extremely reliable and easily maintained.
